TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
   By submitting a recovery request through this platform, the Client (User) authorizes Solutdesk Asset Recovery Partners to conduct a preliminary forensic audit and transaction trace. This initial audit is used to determine the feasibility of fund recovery.
2. SUCCESS-BASED FEE AGREEMENT
   Soludesk operates on a contingency (success-only) basis. By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and agrees to a Success Fee of 9% of the total value of all funds successfully recovered.
   This fee is payable only after the assets have been recovered and confirmed.
   There are no upfront recovery fees for the initial forensic audit stage.
3. IDENTIFICATION AND TRACKING
   Reference ID: A unique tracking number issued immediately upon form submission for administrative purposes.
   Case ID: A verified legal file number issued only after a successful forensic audit. A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be required once a Case ID is issued to proceed with the legal recovery phase.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
   The Client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information, including transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and loss amounts. SolutDesk is not responsible for recovery failures caused by inaccurate or fraudulent data provided by the Client.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA SECURITY
   Soludesk handles all forensic data and personal information with strict confidentiality. Data will only be shared with the specific attorneys and forensic investigators assigned to the Client’s Case ID.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   The Client understands that asset recovery involves third-party entities, including blockchain networks, financial exchanges, and international law enforcement. While Soludesk uses industry-leading forensic tools, these terms do not constitute a 100% guarantee of recovery.

   All official updates regarding Case IDs and recovery progress will be sent exclusively from the authorized domain: info@solutdesk.com.
